JA JA JA FESTIVAL ‘WOLF ON THE LOOSE’ SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION
1.1 You may enter this competition from OCTOBER 17 2014. The closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59 pm on OCTOBER 31 2014. Ja Ja Ja Festival organisation (Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd.) accepts no responsibility for late entries.
1.2 Ja Ja Ja Festival organisation (Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd.) reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify from this competition any entrant who we believe has not complied with these terms and conditions or acted in good faith.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 (1.) Take a photo of yourself (i.e. selfie) referencing the Ja Ja Ja Festival or the referred Wolf character (visit: jajajamusic.com) (2.) post your entry on one or all of the following social sites: Instagram.com (http://instagram.com/jajajanordic), Twitter.com (https://twitter.com/jajajanordic) or Facebook.com (https://www.facebook.com/JaJaJaMusic).
2.2 In your submission entry: 2.2.1 upload your photo 2.2.2 include the hashtag ‘#jajajafest’.
2.3 You indemnify us against any copyright infringement claim which may arise from a third party specifically in relation to your photo or design.
2.4 The Ja Ja Ja Festival organisation (Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd.) will pick the winners by NOVEMBER 3 2014.
2.5 Winners will be notified by 5 NOVEMBER 2014. Winners will be announced in public.
2.6 Multiple entries to the competition are allowed.
3. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS
3.1 Should you enter and submit an entry to the competition, you agree that Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd. will have the right to post and repurpose the submission across Ja Ja Ja Festival website (jajajamusic.com) and Ja Ja Ja festival social sites including related Facebook, Twitter and Instagram online destinations.
3.2 YOUR OWN WORK – By sending in the Design, the Entrant warrants that he/she has taken the photograph and owns the copyright in the photograph and has obtained all the necessary consents, permissions and licences to enable Entrant to grant the rights in the Design to Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd. Entrant agrees to indemnify against any costs, losses or damages Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd. may incur as a result of using the submission.
3.3 Copyright in all submissions remain vested with the submission and the individual.
4. COMPETITION PRIZES
4.1 The 5 competition winners will receive a Fjällräven Kanken backpack (one backpack) each.
4.2 All backpacks will include Ja Ja Ja Festival related goodies. ‘Goodies’ include for example vouchers for Nordic establishments in London and Nordic products. What’s referred to as ‘Goodies’ may vary.
4.4 No alternatives will be available for any prize. Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time if withdrawn prize becomes unavailable.
5. THE WINNER(S)
We will notify the winners by private messaging on a social site using the competition entry post. If you are chosen as a winner and your contact details have changed since your entry, we reserve the right to disqualify your entry and draw an alternative winner. The winners will be notified by NOVEMBER 5 2014.
6.1 All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives.
6.2 Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd. will not provide transport, accommodation or travel expenses for the related show.
6.3 Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd. may repost or repurpose any or all submitted designs.
7. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION
6.1 By submitting an entry, entrants agree that Ja Ja Ja Music Ltd., its affiliates, service providers and/or agents may use any personal information submitted as part of the entry process (including contact details) for the purposes of operating the competition & administering prizes.
The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England
