LOUUD is the moniker of London based Louise Udin, originally from Sweden. Having first caught our ear with the hella catchy ‘Fools‘ last year, we’re pleased to announce that the Rytmus alumnus is back with another delightful slice of pop.
Boasting slick hair and an even slicker sound, her latest single, ‘Out Of Love’ has all the trappings of a successful pop-ballad, featuring an instantly memorable chorus, tropical-house styled percussion and Udin’s stylish vocals. Having recently performed in London as a warm-up for fellow Swede Esther Vallee, LOUUD put on an assured performance and demonstrated a stage-presence more established artists would be proud of. That confidence on stage is thankfully backed up by a growing repertoire of worthy tracks, and ‘Out Of Love’ is no exception. With Lykke Li, Tove Lo and Anna of the North listed amongst her influences, it’s fair to say comparisons to all three wouldn’t be without merit, based on what we’ve heard so far.
‘Out Of Love’ was released in the UK on 23rd March. Check it out for yourself below:
