We love the Rave Sound of the Month series, not only because it means that we’ll get a new track from one of our favourite bands on the last Friday of each month, but also because the songs we’ve heard so far have been absolutely outstanding! ‘This World Is Empty (Without You)‘ and ‘Run Mascara Run’ are the first two songs to have landed from the series, and today, we’re excited to share the latest addition to The Raveonettes family – a brand new tune entitled ‘Excuses’ which bubbles with crackling vocals and off kilter guital lines, before breaking into big bass lines and a hella catchy chorus.
