It takes a creative mind to combine tracks from A-Ha, Mayhem and The Sugarcubes in one mix – but that’s exactly what The Raveonettes did when curating their Nordic Playlist!

Back in 2014, we caught up with the revered Danish duo as they released their seventh album Pe’ahi, inviting them to curate their own edition of the Nordic Playlist as well as digging deep into the story of The Raveonettes, and their favourite Nordic artists, sounds and influences.

Now, as we prepare to roll into 2016, we’ve re-visited the band to find out what their favourite tracks of 2015 are, so tune into an updated Nordic Playlist from the band now by clicking just here!

As well as offering up their top Nordic tracks of 2015, The Raveonettes – royalty of the indie-Christmas song realm – decided to help us get into the Christmas mood, and created a hand-crafted guide called: How to Write A Killer Christmas Tune! Check it out to find out how to go about making your very own Christmas smash hit, and hear The Raveonettes’ very own contribution to the sound of Christmas as they kick off the Nordic Playlist – Festive Winter Mix!
