Drawing inspiration from her unorthodox upbringing in Copenhagen’s seediest neighbourhood, Mendoza rails against friends who want to submerge themselves in this chaotic, drug-fuelled world, which she’s already moved away from. Performing in a darkened room with a cadre of mysterious Daft Punk-esque masked music makers behind her, you really get a feel for Mendoza as an artist in this striking live performance.
