With new album Plowing Into the Field of Love confirming that Denmark’s Iceage have moved from being straight-edge kids to faded glamour, high sleaze cowpunks, the band has delivered another video – this time to accompany the track ‘How Many’.

As the galloping rhythms batter away at the senses and Elias Bender Rønnenfelt bellows about “days of disorder” and sings tales of drunken debauchery, we get gentle visuals of red flowers (fuchsias, I believe) that contrast starkly against the song which threatens to collapse at any moment, before lurching back into life around the halfway point.

‘How Many’ is one of the standout tracks on what is a brilliant third album from Iceage; it’s out now on Matador, and you can watch the clip below:
