Both MØ and MS MR have been on our radar for some time now. MØ for her sensational ‘Glass’ and ‘Pilgrim’ singles, and MS MR for their anthemic tracks ‘Bones’ and ‘Hurricane’. It is therefore no surprise that when MS MR got their hands on MØ’s ‘Pilgrim’, great things were to be expected.
The original is a perfect piece of electro-pop, but after MS MR got their hands on the (originally) 3.54 minute long track, the result is a slower, darker – sometimes Lana Del Rey-esque mix where MØ’s voice haunts like an echo. To accompany the remix is this beautiful video – check it out below.
