Filmed recently for Swedish TV’s consistently excellent music blog PSL, here we see Icona Pop crown their recent tour with a performance of their flagship tune ‘Manners’. Shot in stark black and white, Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo do a fine job of showcasing their vocal strengths whilst the pulsating and oh so sleek accompanying rhythm section takes things to the next level. Essential stuff.
Icona Pop will make a live appearance in London this coming Wednesday (9 November) at The Star Of Kings. One not to miss, especially as entry is free. Meanwhile, the girls will be going back to their original DJ roots on the 16 November as special guests at the free Niki and The Dove show at London’s Cargo. Live support will come from The Sound Of Arrows: the musical equivalent of the Never Ending Story.
